Value Driven Agility
We at TrueAgile believe that Agile organizations are able to deliver Value by connecting many proven practices and combining them into a practical playbook. Like many Agile frameworks an implementation of the Value Driven Agility Playbook can be fully tailored to the needs of an organization. Tailoring the transformation is key. Because no organization is the same, nor the vision and the goals of that organization.
Practical playbook
From many years of experience within organizations that are transforming their way of work adopting Agile practices along the way. From within the transformation on team level to advising transformation setups and training different roles within those transformations. I have decided to write this practical playbook to make things simpler, no more drowning in the details.
For Who?
We at TrueAgile believe that change happens from within, but can only land well in an organization when leadership is enabled to inspire the people within the organization with their Vision about the future. Evenly important is to be able to explain to the people how we as an organization are able to get to this point that this vision communicates. This means that the organization and its people, processes and tech need te be enabled to reach these goals. This playbook can be used as guidance, roadmap and more importantly as a communication piece about how we are going to play the game that will lead us to successfully reach our goals and realize our vision. For who is this playbook? For everyone involved!
